The Things I Can’t Always Say

It’s hard, even if it’s useless,

When you feel like just a number,

One or six-hundred,

They all seem just the same.

A petal floating in a lake,

A movement in a graph,

An answer with no question,

Don’t we all just feel like that?

Sometimes you get a buzz of glory,

Sometimes it’s just not there,

An ever stretching line,

Half repeating here and there.

To be a million strong,

Not standing there alone,

I’ve said the things I cant always say,

To burn words,

Swallows fun.
