The Summer Fair!
For the past few days Year 6 pupils have been working on stalls for the Ashfield Summer Fair. We have been working on posters and signs for our stalls and have been getting all the equipment ready for them. We have stalls for: hair and beauty, sweets in a bowl, the jam jar game, name the teddy, and many more. Our classes have been learning about team-work and making a profit.
Also we are having a Junior Apprentice, which is based on the summer fair and the stalls we are doing. All of us are hoping to raise as much money as we can for our school, even though we will soon be leaving. Our target is £12 per child so if there were 4 of us on the stall the target would be: £48 in total.
The Years 6’s, including us, have made exotic posters, plans, and hopefully it will all carry on being perfect tomorrow at our Summer Fair. If it’s going to be raining then we have to do it indoors, but hopefully it won’t rain and will be sunny instead. And now we all wonder who is going to be the Junior Apprentice!
