During transition week some of the Year 5 children made sculptures in the style of Alberto Giacometti.  Elias said he found it hard to write what he did as a set of instructions.

How to Make a Giacometti Sculpture

What you need: Tin foil,
                            Pipe cleaners
                            And paint

∙First make a loop in a pipe cleaner
∙Then put a pipe cleaner in front of the looped pipe cleaner
∙After that twirl the right end of the second pipe cleaner round the middle of
  the looped pipe cleaner
∙Last but not least wrap tinfoil round the legs arms body and head, then if you
want paint it a dark colour
∙Finally stick plastacine to the feet and then stick it on black card.
